Rising Rage

Tanglestar surveyed his clan, everyone seemed to be getting along. Crescentpaw was befriending Smallpaw, Thunderstrike was getting acquainted with the soon-to-be apprentice, Mallowpaw, and the kits were playing a game Sleetkit had made up.
Tanglestar leaped onto the emberstone and summoned his clan for a meeting. "First off, I'd like to announce that Owlsight will become EmberClan's deputy." He remembered the brief description Brokenfeather had given him after receiving a sign from StarClan. An owl with obvious, amazing sight watching over the clan's camp, carefully and protectively. Owlsight was meant to be deputy.

There were cheers from the cats below the emberstone and Owlsight dipped his head gratefully.
"Also, I'd like Blackice to become my head warrior," Tanglestar smiled to the black and silver tabby who thanked him quietly. "As for Songstream, Copperflame and Mallowpaw, well Songstream and Copperflame,  we welcome you as a full warriors. Mallowpaw, you are yet still young to become a warrior, but you will train alongside the others. Your mentor will be Thunderstrike."
Thunderstrike touched noses with Mallowpaw.

"Owlsight, I'd like you to send out a patrol," Tanglestar meowed.
"Yes, when Songstream and I were on our way here we scented cats, they didn't smell of EmberClan. More so of crowfood than freshly killed prey."
Songstream nodded in agreement.
"Than take out a patrol immediately."
"Alright, I will take out," he looked at his clanmates for a brief moment before deciding. "Adderstrike, Copperflame, Crescentpaw, Smallpaw, Blackpaw, and I will go."

The cats trekked along the EmberClan border, scenting for any alien scents. Suddenly a screech could be heard and without the need for thinking all six cats rushed to see what had made that noise.
When they burst into the clearing, what they saw horrified them all. A gang of rouges were fighting a small group of cats.
A black and white kit (Shadowkit) was hiding in the ferns, clearly scared, while the battle raged. Three queens were fighting side-by-side as their kits huddled close together. The black queen (Moonshimmer) was lashing out fiercely, while another black queen (Blackflower) was clawing at a strong tabby tom. The delicate-looking gray and white queen's (Lightfeather) eyes looked terrified but the lives of her kits were in danger.
Two small apprentices (Goldenpaw and Brackenpaw) were attacking a lithe gray she-cat as she clawed at them, obviously enjoying the "game" as she dodged their attacks. A well-muscled gray tabby tom (Stonestripe) was fighting alongside a pretty, slender, gray-white she-cat (Fernglade), and a stone coloured tom (Brackenfall) as they drove back five rouges, though the fire in the rouges eyes shown they would fight til their last breath.

One of the kits, a silver and white she-cat with blue-silver eyes (Wishkit) squeaked when she saw the patrol arrive, moved closer to a silver and white she-cat with yellow eyes (Featherkit), as a small gray and white she-kit with green eyes (Viperkit) glanced at the newcomers with fear and pressed to a black kit with white on her muzzle (Frostkit).
Distracted by the squeak the fluffy gray and black tabby she-cat was sent skidding across the battle clearing, almost pushing into a calico she-kit (Spottedkit).
Immediately the clan cats raced in to help.


(Continue role playing! I included everyone, and remember don't kill any rouges or harm them to severe, just drive a couple off and the rest will run off, they are important to the plot later on!)
